A: No. All our hosting plans come with no setup fee.

A: We provide cPanel (Click here to see a demo). Resellers will also receive Web Host Manager (WHM) to manage their accounts.


Q: I accidentally deleted an important file from my website and don't have a backup. Can you help me?
A: Usually your file(s) can be restored from the backups we make.
To request a restore please contact support immediately with the following information:

1. The name of the file(s) or directory(ies) to be restored
2. The date you deleted the file or directory
3. The date you last modified the file or directory (if you can remember)
4. The date you created the file or directory (if you can remember)


Q: What is your spam policy?
A: We do not allow our customers to send spam (mass unsolicited e-mails) or newsletters to people who have not requested them. Our customers may not host, or permit hosting of, sites or information that is advertised by UCE/spam from other networks. Violations carry severe penalties, including termination of service. Upon notification of an alleged violation we will initiate an immediate investigation (within 48 hours of notification). During the investigation, we may restrict customer access to the network to prevent further violations. If a customer is found to be in violation we at its sole discretion will restrict, suspend or terminate customer's account. Further, we reserve the right to pursue civil remedies for any costs associated with the investigation of a substantiated spam policy violation. We will notify law enforcement officials if the violation is believed to be a criminal offense. To report spam abuse to us, please do not hesitate to contact us.


Q: Can I have adult content on my website?
A: Yes, you can have adult content on your websites, as long as it is legal. No child porn, incest, bestiality, rape, torture, animal porn, gambling, etc. Violators will face an immediate suspension of their account, with no eligibility for refund of any fees paid. We will notify law enforcement officials if the violation is believed to be a criminal offense.

A: Yes, as long as you have space in your account you can build as much as you wish.


Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription by contacting us with a request, or from your PayPal transaction history. Please remember once you cancel a subscription your service will expire at the end of the billing period.


Q: Can I upgrade my account at any time?
A: Yes, you can upgrade an account at any time. To do so, please contact us and let us know which plan you want to upgrade to and we'll take care of the rest.

We highly recommend that you make it common practice to backup your own web pages. Once you've downloaded the compressed file, you can keep it in your local computer. If you ever need to restore the compressed file, just return to this part of your control panel, click Browse, look for the file in your local computer and click Upload.


Q: How can I check disk space and bandwidth usage for my website?
A: General information on your account (including disk space and bandwidth usage) is shown in the left side in your control panel under the section "General account information".


Q: If you register my new domain name, who takes ownership? What will happen with the domain name if I decide to cancel my hosting subscription?
A: All domain names we register for you are registered in your name, that means that you are the owner of the domain name. You will be provided with a control panel to manage your domain, regardless of whether or not you have an active hosting subscription with us.


Q: What are the nameservers I should use for my domain?

Resellers may use their own nameservers as well.


Q: Do you support international domain names and customers?

A: If your domain is live on our servers, you can access your control panel with any browser by typing the following in your browser (replace with your actual domain name):

You will then be prompted account username and password. Your account username and password can be found in the Welcome Email that was sent to you when your account was initially setup.

A: No, but we recommend you to take a look at www.metatagscheck.com where you can check your meta tags for free and optimize and submit your site at a very reasonable fee.


Q: Do you offer unlimited webspace and traffic?
A: Many web hosts claim to offer unlimited/unmetered space and bandwidth. Unlimited is attractive, but it is impossible to deliver. Both data transfer and disk storage cost money and a truthful host will impose some limit and clearly inform you of this.


Q: Can I run a free e-mail service?
A: Basically no (only in exceptional cases and upon written approval). We have found that the frequency of abuse incidents and server/network loads with this type of service is high and as a rule we do not allow our customers to run free e-mail service. Q: What happens if there is a hardware failure?
A: Our first priority in case of hardware failure is to replace the hardware (of course at no cost to you) and reinstall the standard software packages provided on the machine. Then, we will restore all customers' accounts from the backups.

A: By default all sites are configured to be accessible either with or without the www. prefix.
